About

Tim P Lundeen, chief science editor

After 20+ years covering animal nutrition, production and health research at Feedstuffs, I will be blogging about current topics in livestock research and providing my take on the science of animal production. I have covered all aspects of animal agriculture science, including poultry, beef cattle, dairy cattle, swine, horses, sheep and goats, companion animals and aquaculture.

I earned my Master’s of Science degree in Animal Science from South Dakota State University in 1997, with a focus on applied production systems and selection for out-of-season breeding of commercial sheep under different production systems.
